Glasfryn Parc Game Evening and Cooking Demonstration
Glasfryn Parc is hosting a Game Evening and Cooking Demonstration on Wednesday 18th January 2012 with Hugh Bracegirdle, the Head Chef at Plas Bodegroes.Hugh will prepare a delicious range of dishes from locally sourced Game which everyone will have the opportunity to sample. This is an informal evening held in the relaxed atmosphere of the Dining Room at Glasfryn Parc. And don't forget, there's a licensed bar.
Many of us enjoy eating pheasant, venison or rabbit when out at a restaurant but are unsure how to prepare it at home. The focus of the Game Evening is to demonstrate quick and easy methods of cooking game. Dishes will be prepared using pheasant, venison, rabbit, partridge, pigeon and duck.
By coming to the Game Evening at Glasfryn Parc, visitors will learn how to cook quick, simple and delicious meals using a variety of seasonal Game as well as sampling every dish and having the chance to talk to Hugh, a top local chef.
Spaces are limited and pre-booking is essential. For more details and to book tickets, please either visit Glasfryn Parc or call Carol: 01766 810044 or email: [email protected].
A wide range of Game is available from Glasfryn Farm Shop including pheasant (and smoked pheasant), partridge, woodcock, duck, venison and rabbit. Also available from the Farm Shop is a selection of homemade ready meals, cuts of Welsh Black Beef and Llyn Lamb, gift and holiday hampers, award-winning burgers and bacon, sausages and locally sourced produce.
